Steve Butler signs with Fort Worth Cats

South Georgia Peanuts infielder Steve Butler has signed with the Fort Worth Cats of the American Association.

Butler, 25, played for South Georgia in the South Coast League in 2007 and batted .276 with two homers and 36 runs batted in and 12 stolen bases. In 79 games total, he spent time at all four infield positions and in the outfield
